RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order at emma@emmarubinson.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels intact. If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the item back to you.

To initiate a return, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it arrived in. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return damaged or defective items. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If you would like a replacement, please re-purchase through our site as availability is limited.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged or defective. All items are made to order and in an effort to reduce waste, we are purchasing the materials based on quantity of orders placed. Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we are not able to exchange sizes, so please make sure to review the size guide in each product description to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. International shipments are final sale. Order cancellation is not accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If your package is lost, please file a claim with USPS.
